The ISD First Aid Project organizes and realigns ISD-specific data, decision points, policy analysis, principles, trustworthy resources and action prompts. By assembling these useful tools into a single kit, we help serious, principled volunteers uphold the essential elements of a prosperous academic culture in their local public schools: ordered knowledge-building, student achievement, disciplined behavior, capable teachers, open inquiry and the treatment of students from all backgrounds and circumstances as valuable ends in themselves.
